the question. How can I read the surroundings from the server and run the project also on the server?

For example, does the server have a module that is not installed on a local machine. How can I do so that for this module there was a car filling of code and not to swear at it? Is it possible to make Pycharm think that he is on the server, and not on my car. Since the SFTP currently blessed me from SFTP (only copying the code is automatic).
